Making a Difference
The Diversity & Inclusion Conference is designed for CEOs, senior-level executives in hotel management, chief diversity officers, minority hotel organizations, tourism executives, government officials, university officials in the hospitality department, and leaders from Fortune 500 companies recognized for their successful diversity and inclusion programs.
The conference will deliver a significant forum for critical dialogue and exchange of information as hospitality institutions search for effective strategies to enhance access, corporate social responsibility, education, and cross-cultural understanding within the hospitality workforce. We will further our goals by focusing on market share growth, customer service enhancement, and competitive business ability aimed at an evolving customer base.
